Ingredients

Pappardelle: 300g flour, 2 eggs, 1 egg-yolk, dash water, salt

400g canned tomatoes

2 tbsp capers

3-4 tbsp black olives

3 anchovy fillets

1tsp dry oregano&sprig fresh oregano

1-2 cloves garlic

30g chopped plain breadcrumbs

1 pinch chili flakes

olive oil&parmesan
