Tonight’s dinner was pan-grilled farmed catfish, seasoned with SI San Francisco Bay Seasoning, Granulated Garlic, and tarragon; and finished with marsala wine. Veggie was Baby Limas boiled in water with Thai fish sauce and garlic; and finished with butter and chervil. Wine was a Chilean La Playa Sauvignon Blanc from the Maipo Valley - cork barely touched, light yellow in color; light, indisinct fruit, with little nose, some acidity; and a medium indisinct fruit finish.
Then for dessert we had a ginger-creme cookie each with our after dinner water.
