We eat about 100 of them at Christmas and then another 100 at New Years. They are really good and I have seen them on restaurant menus in CA, DC and NY.

I always keep some Dungeness from Premier Catch in the freezer. I get lobster tails and shrimp from LobsterGram (a D’Artagnan company). Pike’s ships too, through Goldbelly.
