I am think 6:30 for appetizers to begin. 7:30 for soup or salad. I have not spoken with the owner yet but how do these times work out?

Eric if we want to. The problem is it tends to limit who can come because some people do not have a good selection [or any] of what the themed wine. For example. Paso Rhones. Example only. Some people do not have. But I am game.
