How much cellaring do these need?

@StewartL asked:

How much cellaring do these need?

We try to make wines with thoughtful attention to extraction such that we don’t release things with a lot of coarse, unresolved tannins or that are really wound up. We think everything we release is approachable on release, with a little opportunity to breathe in a decanter. But they’re also wines that are made with care and precision that will cellar beautifully. When I get into the reds from our first vintage (2017), they are absolutely singing right now. I loved them on release in 2019, but some of them I love even more now. Maybe I should say they’re not “must cellar” wines, but they are definitely “will cellar well” wines.

Hope this doesn’t feel like a non-answer, but there’s so much personal taste at play.

Alas, our shipping provider doesn’t hold a NJ permit, and our business to this point hasn’t justified the cost of procuring one (at hundreds of dollars per year per state, they add up fast for little guys like us). Do you have trustworthy friends in NY or PA that you could ship to, or FedEx to a Walgreens location in either of those states?
