I am working on getting all the orders out and I will try to print out the Paella Recipe I use for those that requested it. It is just me this year packing and shipping so, it goes without saying I appreciate everyone’s patience.

I am in the middle of packaging all the orders except those that are pre-order waiting for the 2022 olive oil. I have two pallets that are ready to go out today but I’m going to hold off sending until early next week. Too many storms with some freezing temperatures and bad road conditions. If you have received a shipping notification that a label has been made, be assured that your order is ready to go, just waiting on mother nature.

I’m not planning on shipping the wine out until temperatures moderate a little bit more, however I will package everything up and have it ready to go as soon as we have a good shipping window. Cross posted.

Hi Jeff, I just arrived to Spain yesterday and am going to see what is the hold up. I was told by the freight company they were having difficulty getting space on a container. I’ll post an update as soon as I know the answer.

I’ll give you all a little update. Upon arrival to Spain I discovered that both of my apartments in Almería had been robbed. I have never experienced this part of Spain so it has been a new and difficult experience. I also had no electricity or water in my apartment. They were cut off because I wasn’t here for two years. Getting simple things reestablished in this country is almost like a Third World country. I spent days trying to reestablish everything and it’s a labyrinth ending in a lesson in futility. In the water department yesterday the woman that was helping me told me it would be next Wednesday or Thursday before they would turn the water on. I asked her if they had any exceptions, that I had already been here over a week with no shower and no ability to flush a toilet? She said “no”. I left I called a good friend of mine that’s pretty high in the government here and within two hours my water was reestablished. Lesson learned. I still don’t have electricity it’s supposed to be turned on today. i’ve been charging my phone in tapa bars and restaurants.
The olive oil is ready to go, the problem is trucker strikes now, due to inflation and fuel prices and port congestion. I’m quite demoralized right now, I’m sorry I don’t have better news I will get it here even if I have to carry it on my back. I appreciate everyone’s patience and am extremely sorry for the delay.
