First time for me too. Ordered new oil, sherry vinegar, paella combo, and seafood sampler.
Nola, do you have some good recipes to eat the canned seafood? I’ve never done this before!

Of course!! The tinned seafood is excellent right out of the can, but you can use it in recipes. The Tuna or Mackerel I like it on top of a nice garden salad, or in an omelet or with fresh crusty bread!! The sardines, I eat them right out of the can. The ventresca is soooo special, halve and toast a baguette then spread some mayo and place the ventresca slices over the top. Mussels? I like them on a mound of kettle chips and put them around on top or right out of the can!!
