Nicole’s wines are all stellar! The Cab Pfeffer is just a wonderful wine in all vintages, really amazing - one I keep buying for myself throughout the year. And the Rieslings are also great, most fo them from Wirz Vineyard, which is a stellar spot for old vine Riesling. Pat Wirz has grown them since the 60’s, I think.

I put in an order for a couple of Nicole’s offerings. I’ve had her wines before and they are quite nice! As I recall, the first sparkling Riesling was a serendipitous decision after a low Ph wine went dry.

Yes, you have that right:). i intended to produce a still dry Riesling with my first vintage of Ser (2012) and when it went dry it was so bracingly tart, making it as a Sparkling was the answer! Thanks for your order,

If you haven’t had a chance to ever try Nicole’s wines and you’re reading this, definitely do so! Back when I was a buyer for a small retail shop we used to work with these wonderful wines and the customers I sold them to were fiercely loyal once hooked! Huge respect for the winemaking.
