My style of Chenin Blanc is made to age - I am setting aside ~10% each year to build a library that I can have on offer for BLANC + FRANC members when they are 10 years old. The single vineyard Cab Francs will also go the distance, though they are bright and delicious right now as well (though needing of a messy decant to open up). If you have the cellar space, setting some of these wines aside for ~5 years would be well worth your while!

Of your three single vineyard cuvees, would you recommend any for earlier drinking? Since I went for the ‘survey’ pack, I’ll probably space out sampling over the next few years.

The Norgard Vineyard Chenin Blanc is drinking great right now (and will for years) and for the reds, currently Big Ranch is the most giving. Still needs a messy decant, but the other two are rather tightly wound still and could use some time. Hope you enjoy and would love to hear your thoughts when you do!
