Starting next Monday, I’ll be travelling up and down both Côtes to visit a slew of domaines. As an aperitive, I will be doing the same in Champagne until then. Major attractions are visits to Selosse, Bouchard, Diebolt-Vallois (all vintages of Fleur de Passion!), Mugnier, Lafarge, Liger-Belair, Henri Boillot and many more. Unlike last year, I hope to post notes more timely and report on -hopefully- the 2010 vintage and probably some 2011’s as well.
