First we have Jasud being offered now Kinsman-Eades has Aisana, their Sauvignon/Semillon blend being released to standing members.
Looks like the credit card is having to go on overtime. Any idea on the release price for Aisana? Believe several berserkers have tasted it. Any further comments on tasting notes would be appreciated.
My email noted Oct 12th for the Aisana wine. Guessing I’m in the second wave?

Just found Tyler’s comment on Aisana with a $65-$75 price range being considered. I was expecting it to be worse.
The note from KE also said it’s made in larger quantities so we’ll be able to get more than 1 bottle.
Kevin - in some way unfortunately i do not think it will be too bad. I have been buying Beta since the first release and i would be shocked if my Jasud allocation is more than 2 bottles (i have no detail on how much produced, just my best guess). I am on the fence about the Aisana. Nigel is super talented and both he and Shae are lovely, no doubt the wine will be beautifully made but i do not know if i need a Napa allocated SB. will have to see where it lands on price.
Dang you have been buying Beta for a bit now. Congrats you got some awesome wines. Im super stocked about the SB. Hoping its under 100.

Aisana is absolutely worth the pricetag. It’s simply fantastic and was the best white we drank over our entire trip.

Yeah I assume that for most of us, allocations will be 1 or 2 bottles of Jasud. I’m sure a handful of folks who have been heavy supporters since the very beginning will get more than that, who knows. I’ll be happy if I get allocated a lone bottle really.
Aisana is as good of a white as I’ve had from Napa in a while. Drinks right up there with the Morlet whites which are spectacular IMO.
Pricing is that $264 number as I tasted with Nigel last week.

Shipping on the Aisana release is a killer; $60 for a 3-pack. Giving me pause
I believe Nigel did a short decant when we tasted, but it was ready to go and didn’t change significantly in the glass. You’d have no problem laying them down for a few years, but personally, I’d rather drink these on the earlier side.
Might have to take a flyer on this. Love seeing more options than Morlet’s LPD, which has dominated for the last decade. Myriad also just offered their inaugural BDX blanc this week for similar pricing.
Eisele SB is fantastic but a bit pricey now. Realm SB is very good as well.
