You are correct in that all fraud in wine can’t be directed at him (although I do feel obligated to point out that this thread is about him specifically, so I am not sure anyone is laying all wine fraud on him simply because they are hammering him here). But certainly whatever fraud he committed is in no way altered by malfeasance by anyone else. He was a fraud. There is no debate about it as it is a proven fact. Whatever he did, he owns. Whatever anyone else did or is doing, they own.
