Yong Chuan hit it out of the park for us last time. We’ll be heading back for another prix-fixe meal, and the draft menu is below. This 8 person dinner will be in their private room on May 28th @ 6pm. Cost is estimated around $110 per head all in.
Each person will bring two bottles: an aged sparkler (I’m doing Krug 161), and a blind red wine which you feel will pair well with the food. We’ll taste the wines in groups of 4 over the course of the meal: 4 bubbles, 4 blind reds, 4 bubbles, 4 blind reds, and then 1 sticky to finish off which I will provide.
