I hold these truths to be self-evident:
- Riesling is the best greatest white grape in the world
- It’s stylistic range is mind blowing
- People who don’t like Riesling, just haven’t had the right one yet
So, I started doing a big, jolly, annual party all around Riesling to get folks (wine lover and newbies) hooked. Last year was a break b/c we moved apartments. This year - back with a vengeance. Bigger roof, more Riesling, maybe some live music.
