Thanks.
Will leave that up to folks depending on their bottles. I’ll double decant mine a couple hours prior.

sadly I will not be able to double decant because I will be in the office… would be funny trying to do that at my desk though… my raise too many suspicions…
You’re just swapping commodities!
Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight.
We are “officially” kicking off at 6, but the David’s and I are “preparing” at 4:30 so feel free to come whenever before hand.
Same. I can’t wait to skip all the whites again ![]()
There will be whites???
Spared again, ye swarthy tongue-less dogs.
I. HAD. DELICIOUS. WHITES.
I hope there are whites!!
do you have aluminum foil I could use?
Phenomenal evening @gavin.f ! thank you for being the host with the most.
Wonderful wines all around.
Thank you to everyone. It was a great evening. I leaned towards Northern Rhone on the night, despite being slightly more into Southern Rhone in general.
Although, my WOTN was hands down the 1978 Paul Jaboulet Aîné Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Cèdres. Lots of good wines, but nothing close to that level for me.
Thank you @gavin.f for setting up yet another great evening!
Great evening. Thanks Gavin. North was the clear winner for me.
That was awesome. So educational and thought provoking, even fun at times!
Will add a TN thread to share bottle notes.
it was an awesome idea and extremely well executed ![]()
I recall @PeterB and someone else brought the Colombo Terres Brulees. WTSO has mags of the 2014 and 2017 for $69.99 right now. You may also be able to combine with additional $20 off for coupon code CHEERS20 (think there’s a $100 minimum) and $30 off with Amex.

wow, that’s a great price. I brought the 2010.
@sam with the scores!
Sam with the memory! No way I could recall who brought which wines.
