Hey everyone!

Following up on 2025 Events - Event Planner - Online or Offline - WineBerserkers, I’m organizing a group dinner at CHAMBERS March 25th or 26th. Pls reply below with dates that work.

Chambers is one of the great wine restaurants in the world. It is the one restaurant I never bring to (though there is corkage), as the list is broad, deep, unique and contains value. WINE+LIST+3.6.25.pdf

Pascaline, who won best somm in the world some years back, is incredible. There is no theme. The food is farm to table-ish bistro Nuevo American (what a jumble of words).

Very happy to bring folks together there - especially wine lovers who have never been.

I think they offer corkage on a per person basis. I think it’s $45 per person

For larger groups they do a min. For smaller, it’s just normal dinner. Corkage is set at $45, but my sense has been things are flexible.

Please reply with your dates and once we hit critical mass I’ll work with them on details.
