I would suggest that the 25% extra is to cover tarriffs, but the event organizer . . . well, you know.
The event organizer self identifies as a social liberal and fiscal conservative and believes that wine transcends politics and brings people of all walks and preferences together to the table. That being said, I just felt like upping the ante a touch this time around.

I am finally having my oral surgery on 5/14, Doctor says that recoery time is idiocyncratic so I may have to bug out, but will not know until Memorial Day.

I’m in. Fully recovered from the oral surgery. I will bring Chateau MYOB and Clos de GFY.
I am not a fan of the everyone bring blind bottles with no planning. Every time we finish, I think about how I woud have loved to pair my X with your Y and see how they compare. I liked the FKALBTG format where we drank blind but one person brought all the wine each month. But, oh well, I’ll suffer through. I will probably bring two different classic Spanish grapes. If anyone wants to pair off with my two, first we should check with the resident Trumpster and then you can send me a PM.
