Quick update:
Ian Cauble is confirmed. His flights are booked and everything is set! Unfortunately, Dustin had to step back as he’s in the middle of opening a new restaurant and won’t be able to attend.
I was able to secure Laura Maniec as Dustin’s replacement. She’s also a Master Sommelier and appeared in the documentaries as a commentator, so we’re keeping the theme of two Masters from the Somm films!
We’re about one month out. If you’re currently on the guest list and find that you can’t make it, please let me know so I can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

Looking forward to next week. As a reminder, you must bring either a magnum or 2 bottles of the same burg for this event to ensure enough for everyone to taste each wine. Please make sure your bottles are covered so we can taste them blind. Also, Jin mentioned we would have limited access to decanters because of the number of bottles. It will not be possible to decant everyones wine at the restaurant, so if you wish for your wine to show its best, please double decant before arriving.
Feel free to bring any other wines for before or after the tasting. I believe the afterparty will start around 9ish, so if you have a friend/spouse who want to come hang out after the main tasting, that should be fine.
