I am hosting a Rare Champagne (Ins @rarechampagne_official) vertical tasting Aug 8th 8pm at Central Park Tower (217 W 57th St) The Rare Champagne Brand Ambassor Thomas Diniz (Ins @thomas.diniz_) will also join us and introduce each vintage.

I love Rare, but the brand Ambassador’s name who poured it at a local shop was definitely not Thomas Dinitz. She spoke with a soft French accent.

The 1999 and 2002 are excellent.
