Think the 1990 Canon-La-Gaffelière was my WOTN. Just incredible balance and smoothness.
Favorite CA was 2001 Rudd. Haven’t had a “younger” Cali that incorporated that forest floor flavor profile into the mix.

We walked past the restaurant around 10:00 as we headed to the Barclay on 48th street. If my wife wasn’t tired (we just came from the Philharmonic), we would have popped in for a taste of this and a taste of that. Now before Jay tells me I should have put her in a cab…
