Went to get some today and of course sold out. I have done that to myself to many times. Excited to share a deal with others and now only one bottle left.
Sharing tips on good deals is always greatly appreciated! However, the secret is to buy for yourself first, then share; not the other way round! ![]()

I had a Mag of an older version of the same at Thanksgiving and I was really pleased. This style is to me more full and flavorful. Any other recommendations based on liking this?
Bollinger Special Cuvee. A bit more in price but amazing. Personally I also like Piper Heidsieck Brut.
Honestly not a big Champagne drinker in the first place so sharing and missing out on this is fine.
That’s understandable, however, it’s a good wine to a good price and only gets better every year it is allowed to rest. So if I could afford to buy 12 bottles, or however many, I would and drink ‘em over the course of time; 10 - 20 years, no problem!
Just got a bunch more in at my local Haskell’s today so bought 3 more. By far the best Champagne value in the country at $29.99.
Joe Bloomington has 4 cases of today.

NV Charles Heidsieck Champagne Brut Réserve - France, Champagne (12/25/2022)
Didn’t make it to day 2. My wife usually does not like Champagne but loved this one. Chalk, minerals, dried fruit, lemon, orange peel and mild spice. Nice acidity. Thank you Haskell’s for offering this at $29.99. (92 points)
Wife loves it and one of the few Champagne’s she seems to enjoy so I love it too and the price at $29.99 can’t be beat.
Happy wife - happy life.
Happy husband at $30. She normally loves the Roederer Anderson Valley which I stock up at $24.
