NorCal Recs for Toddler Friendly Tasting this week

my sister is in town from nyc and we are looking to do a bit of wine tasting this week either tuesday thursday or friday in san fran, or south Napa, Sonoma, RRV. we will have my 2 and a half daughter with us and i was wondering if folks knew of a place that was relatively kid friendly.

we don’t need a playground or a jumping castle but do want a place where a well behaved toddler is tolerated.

thanks. sam lada 650-906-8405

I guess the deafening silence means “home.”

It’s tough but you could check with Lynmar. In Graton and with the outdoor gardens you could be an okay place.

…and Chuck-E-Cheese.

As I recall, Pride has toys in the tasting room. And, if you bring a lunch, you can buy a bottle at Ridge and have a great meal looking out over the bay.

Best,

Andrew

Went to Landmark in Sonoma Valley (Kenwood?) last month and our young’uns enjoyed the koi pond, the bocce ball court and the big lawn to run around on. Plus the staff were really nice and had grape juice and lollipops and their was nary a peep out of the kiddies for over an hour. The wines there are very nice too, and the tasting fee is reasonable. St Francis, almost next door to Landmark, had a nice lawn and garden and a little water fountain that kept the kids occupied for about 45 minutes.
