I interviewed Jean-Marc Roulot for my book.
We had a long discussion.
He mentioned being hit by premox especially in 1996, 1999 and 2002.
He also said it was very random, with some lots being affected while others were not.
Very baffling in the distribution of affected wines.
Some wines even recovered from it!
