Exciting news for fans of Mugneret Gibourg.
Starting with the 2026 harvest, they have assumed a sizeable 1.7 hectare lease of vines in three Nuits Saint Georges lieu dits: 1er cru Damodes, Allots villages, and Charmois villages. They come from the family of their long time employee Florence Pichon, who has taken back the land after the retirement of their former lessée. In theory, there will be three distinct cuvées, although we will see what comes of this first year at harvest, predicted to happen in late August.
