This is a great site. I love how informative it is. Really conveys the passion and knowledge Bryan has. Good reminder that I need to stock up with a fresh order this month.
Cool… I remember talking to Bryan about this last week when I ordered some Hanger steaks. Nice to see it up and running with all of the new options.
And for those of you who are curious about shipping, Bryan’s packing is second to none when it comes to food delivery.
I recently received a couple of hangers and pork rib caps and they were sealed in a styrofoam box packed with frozen cold packs (not dry ice). The package was shipped out fedex ground (I am less then 2 hrs drive from Corte Madera) on Friday afternoon and I received it Saturday night at 8pm.
Everything was still cold to the touch.
The site looks great but I prefer to drive the 15 minutes to buy in person 
The hangers i bought two weeks ago were stellar.
