My favourite olive oil

My favourite olive oil is CASTELAS from south France. A delicate&spicy oil. BTW, many dish benefit from a dash of good olive oil, not only salad.

Martin,

Was staying in Le Baux a few years ago and our innkeepers sent us to this Olive Oil producer and we were hooked. We can now find it at Williams Sonoma here in California. We pay a little more but it is worth it.
It is not the only one we use but is one of our favorites.

I also could recommend RAVIDA from Sicily which is also delicate&spicy in style.

incredible pepperiness and length of flavor. A definite drizzing oil
