Morgen Long Chardonnays: 2016 Offer

Punk charges more for his Chardonnay than John Thomas charges for his Pinot? Ninja please.

If you can’t be civil maybe it’s time you take a step back from the board. It’s becoming a reoccurring issue.

Someone didn’t take their “nice” pills.

Sorry, Marcus, was out of town for a couple of days. Like I stated, I don’t have the breadth of tasting experience that many do in Oregon Chardonnay. That being said, these Morgen Long Chardonnays have an uncanny balance of strong fruit AND inner-mouth energy. There’s a juiciness to them, too, that really makes my mouth water and beg for another sip. Like you mention, many Chardonnays mark themselves squarely in one of two camps: strong, ripe fruit that can be flat or heavy on the palate, or very lean and mean with less fruit but great energy and zip. There are few that straddle that line an, in my opinion, Morgen Long Chards do. FWIW, I love your Chardonnays as well!

Great conversation. Thanks to Seth and Marcus for the detailed thoughts and dialogue. WB at it’s best, right here.
