No info here, nothing but a whine.
Having lived in Tejas for a spell, I’m a huge Mexican food fan. Huge.
You would think that there would be plenty to be found here on the Monterey Penninsula … Spanish heritage, tourism … etc.
But I haven’t found it. If anyone has suggestions, I would appreciate it!
No Taco Bell or Del Taco?
No. No greasy fast food of any kind (at least in my neck of the Penninsula). It’s amazing I put up with it.
I understand that there are several nice town homes in Uptown Dallas these days.
You KNOW I know where to get good Mexican in Dallas. I’m just sayin’.
You know Bill, I continue to seriously consider that.
Ouch. Know it’s a hassle, but have you searched for restaurants in Salinas? You would think you’d find a ton there.
Am from San Antonio originally, and lived in NYC years ago trying to find decent Mexican food. … an exercise in futility.
Good luck!

I know that is correct Veronica. I need to get to know Salinas better. Seems like there would be something closer to the coast though?
Just look for something that resembles this and forget “restaurants”.
