  • 2004 Fontodi Chianti Classico Riserva Vigna del Sorbo
  • 2004 Uccelliera Brunello di Montalcino

Interest in additional white? such as:

  • 2013 Ceritas Chardonnay Peter Martin Ray
  • 2011 Rhys Chardonnay Horseshoe Vineyard

Thanks Gil. For the whites…interest yes, as I like them both. But worried about food matching, also yes. For me, OK to just bring the red. Love both ideas but slight preference for the Fontodi—I think I’ve only had that cuvée once before

Thanks Margie for organizing. Thanks Gil/Mike for aligning wines. I’ll likely bring 2001 Valdicava. 2001 Ciacci BdM, 2006 Sezzana standing just in case. Gil- iSlight preference on the Ceritas haven’t tried it, but whatever you decide. Can bring a 2016 Fiano if there’s interest. Does anyone know what the glassware situation is at Il Violin?
