Great article in the times if you missed it. I wish he would have given Alton Brown credit for the show “Good Eats”. I think that food network show is quite good and worthy of praise from Pollan. But the article overall was very interesting and worth a read. Pollan is definitely in the top five living people who I would want to have dinner with. Enjoy, its only eight pages so perfect for a weekend read!
