Thanks Larry, the wines have that feel often, and I would also describe their red wines generally as quite meaty.

It was the best of the lot of 11-16 5 years ago. But 15s definitely aren’t really ready per se.

IDK. I drink a lot of young wine that isn’t near it’s prime and I still learn enough about what I think I’ll like when older. The longer I do that (I’m at 6 years now), the more fine tuned my process gets.
