Matured BDX or Tuscanian for dinner

Looking for recommendation for aged BDX or Tuscany for special occasion dinner with friends. Our preference is BDX or Sangiovese based wines. We mostly drink younger wines due to the pricing and availability but wanted to try something more mature to feel the difference.
Budget <= $150.

Thank you

Prices are all over the place for aged wines, where are you sourcing? Hard to make a recommendation without seeing what the current options are. Maybe you should do your own research and post your options so people can give targeted advice.
