Planing on trying the Pinot/Nebbiolo tonight. Should have had enough time to settle since its Sunday morning arrival.

Excellent wine. Very aromatic, with savory components dominating. Great mouthfeel and length. Somewhat more tannic that I expected so one should probably double decant this before serving and also match it with food better than I did. Much better 2 hours after dinner.
Now I’m looking forward to the two Bdx blends, and with the heat returning next week the whites and Rosé.

Great to hear. Tannins are from the Nebbiolo.

Gosh I love their Cab and Red Wine. So good.

Thanks for the Pinot/Nebbiolo note. I have always wanted more structure in California Pinot. This sounds like an interesting way to get it!
