MARILLENKNÖDEL

Here for the first time my “Marillenknödel” or apricot dumplings in a slideshow.

Ingredients:

6-8 apricots
6-8 pieces of cube sugar
100-150g breadcrumbs
3-4 tbsp sugar
1tsp cinnamon or 1tbsp cinnamon sugar
50g butter

Dumpling dough: 150g flour, 150g curd cheese (20%), lemonpeel, 30g sugar, 50-100g breadcrumbs, 30g soft butter, vanilla, 1 egg yolk, 1 egg
