Thanks for sharing. This is one I’ll have to try. Just made a vanilla custard ice cream from Alton Brown’s recipe that I think is a real good base to start from. It is very much like what is presented in the link except a few more egg yolks. This recipe will send me over the edge to try “unconventional” combinations. Thanks again Roberto…Gary
