The famous Windows XP wallpaper with the green hill against the blue sky is in Carneros and I drive past it often. It’s called Bliss Hill and you can find it on Google Maps. It is planted to vines now.

I had a minute to double check the Warm Springs Ranch location and it is correct. The photo was taken roughly here: (link opens in google maps)
The shot appears to have been taken with a drone and is looking SSE.
