Under screw cap. Everything you could hope for in a very good premier cru, however this is village
Nice and crisp with no negative signs of aging after 11 years. Everything you hope for in Chablis with seashells minerals and precision. Good fruit with longer finish than you would expect at this level. The acidity is beautiful. Not even a remote sign of pre-mox
Lesson:
After so much money wasted on pre-moxed white burgundy this demonstrates that the problem is in the cork/closure IMO. Between this screw cap and diam closures I have had no pre-moxed wines plus they actually age beautifully. I hate to say it, but this L Michel village Chablis is better than several of my recent MdT’s (under cork).
