If we still have a spot available, I’m in.
Song, I’ll put you on the waitlist for now until we have heard from the people with question marks on the roster above.
I’m in! Uli, any chance we can expand the res to 13 to include D_Song? He was actually there with Juan and I at the HOME gathering in Santa Cruz!
Hi Jay, I updated the roster above. You and Daniel are both in now. Looking forward to next week!
I’m in but my plus one is unlikely
I’m out. Mom fell Ill and was hospitalized I immediatelty flew back east. I am currently in North Carolina caring for her and dont have a return ticket yet. She is doing better but needs care. Sad I will not be able attend. BTW: Besides the tartare which is always incredible @HOME I had the whole rock cod when I was there last week and it was impressive. Best piece of fish I’ve had in a long time. Easily enough for two hungry adults as well. Its the the whole Fing fish. Hanging off the plate… Absolutely cooked to perfection. Crispy skin and tender white meat. YUM! Enjoy Golden Triangle.
Sean
Very sorry to hear, but glad to hear she’s on the mend. All the best!
Yes, Home always delivers. Need to keep it in our rotation.
My plus one is 50 50
What time is this? Realized it was never mentioned in the thread!
6:30pm. Bring stems and cash. No Theme theme in effect.
I’ll be +1 since we have an open spot now that Sean is sitting out.
My plus one is attending
I’m back to just me. We have a spot open again. Let me know if anyone wants to grab it last minute, otherwise I’ll reduce the reservation to 11.
How was it? Made it back last night.
Was a lovely evening and some great conversations. A mutating Barolo that kept changing throughout the night. A delicious Vouvray sec that was perfect for the dinner. An alluring amber from Georgia (thanx for the introduction,Uli) that I am still thinking about. Thanks to all. Left without the rest of the Thomas but no problems. It was big fun! Oh and not to forget the awesome old Ravenswood Cab!
Indeed it seems a good time was had by all. Great food and wine. I thought my 91 Ravenswood Sonoma Cab would win the prize for oldest but George brought a 91 Ridge Petite Sirah (and Ulit called PS!) and someone else brought a 78 Bordeaux that was very nice. All wines drank very well. My first older Trimach was a wonderful treat! Thanks to everyone that showed up and made ist so enjoyable. We missed you Sean. Hope mom is recovering well and look forward to seeing you at the next one.
