Loring Customer Service

I ordered two case of Loring last year. One 09 SVD and one 10 appellation. I received the appellation no problem and a few months later I received the notice for the shipment of the SVD. It wasn’t until a few days later that I noticed the delivery was being shipped to my old address in NC. I contact Kimberly and she had it rerouted to my new address. For some reason the change didn’t happen and the shipment arrived at my old house and was refused by our tenants.

I was annoyed but more so at myself for not making sure my address was correct when the 2d shipment notice first came out. I contacted Kimberly again and she apologized and said she would send out a new shipment.

Today I received my shipment safe and sound and included were two bottles of Divergence! [winner.gif] This was a class move by classy people and I just wanted to thank the Loring Team publicly. I’m privately thanking them by drinking a bottle of their 08.
