Thursday night we had one each thick loin lamb chop, pan-grilled in Meyer Lemon EVOO and seasoned with granulated garlic, garlic pepper, and rosemary. Veggie was baby green peas, boiled in fish sauce & water and seasoed with chervil, freshly ground black pepper, and chervil. The lamb and peas were very much enjoyed with a 2003 Lagier-Meredith Mt. Veeder Syrah - fill a 1/3 inch below the capsule, cork saturated less than a quarter inch; good rich dark berry and currant fruit in nose and flavors, adequate acidity, some tannins without food; with a medum long rich fruit finish.
Then we each had a couple Bordeaux cookies wiht ur after dinner waters.
