Let Your Saxums Age!

This is a North Coast example, but Brian S. brought the 1987 ESJ Les Côtes Sauvage (GSM from Sonoma, Mendocino, and Napa) to a dinner last night and it was delicious, with just the right touch o’ funk. [cheers.gif]

2010 Booker so onpoint last night. Three of us killed that bottle really friggin’ fast!

Good idea. I will open one to celebrate being Moderna +14!

Thinking about popping a '17 Booker soon. Am I being hasty? blush
I’m pretty sure it will be great! [berserker.gif]

I’ve had a 17 JBV and G2, both were fantastic with a short decant. According to Justin the 17s are great early drinkers.

2009 Saxum JBV. Excellent wine delivering complexity and with both elegance and power at the same time. More later. Thanks for the suggestion.

My earliest Saxum is 2015.
Thinking of pulling some to try.

Decant well if you open something other than a G2 and maybe Heart Stone.
