It was actually there for a few minutes (about an hour ago), as I bumbled my through a purchase. 2011 Brunelli are generally a “drink now” or “drink sooner” vintage, IMO. However, Siro Pacenti’s VV’s are always built for a long haul. No rush to drink.
Siro is one my fav Brunello producers - which why I’m bummed to have missed it. Enjoy!
I loved Pacenti since I tasted the 1999 years ago. It was a Brunello lightbulb moment for me. I have had the good fortune to have met Giancarlo Pacenti at a few tastings. I call him the Maestro and even got his autograph once (true! heheh). A pair of 2012’s just arrived today as well. Keep an eye out, LB often revisits an offering.
