My last couple of shipments from LB have been sloooow! My last order was placed April 18 and is scheduled to be delivered today (May 11). I live in Atlanta GA. The order went from American Canyon CA THRU Atlanta to Palmetto FL (just south of Tampa and then back to ATL. I’m no logistics expert but that doesn’t make much sense to me. My invoice shows WeShip but all tracking is FedEx.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
Mine took 1.5 weeks to Atlanta. They use FL as a hub and it’s all dispatched from there to the final destination.
Same. I have an order from 4/17 and 5/8, both have tracking numbers from UPS, but UPS hasn’t received the packages yet. Not sure what’s going on.
My last Marathon purchases took a while but I got them. It’s been slow lately.
I’m on the east coast and looks like they consolidate in Missouri. My last two shipments ( which easily could have been combined as it was 4 bottles total, sat around in Missouri. I’m guessing they then wait until the have a full truckload to the delivery hub, in my case New Rochelle NY for delivery to Northern NJ
That happened to me on a January purchse. The East Coast shipping center had run out and it took a feww weeks to get more and then ship.
They have been shipping that method to me since at least October. I’m SC east coast, just north of Hilton Head. Everything goes through Florida, FedEx is the final carrier. So far I’ve been about 8 days from actual shipping date to delivery. And read the fine print, hold shipping no longer an option on checking out, you need to add a note to your order to hold.
I’ll give them a bit of a shout out. I spent some time in CO and mistakenly put that address on a shipment. I was gone and t was returned to them and they sent it a second time, no questions asked, for free to my home in NY.
Not a huge deal, but appreciated.
