We’re going to be doing a Zoom this month (link below) with Aurelien Laherte. In preparation for that Zoom, I’d like to assess if there is local interest in doing an offline with the Laherte Freres wines.
What would the offline look like? I’d find us a place to do it, probably at a restaurant here in the OC. It’s be on a weeknight (I just don’t have any weekends left to do this in April). Each person would bring one (or more) bottles of LF to join to the tasting. The objective is to open bottles, taste, have some conversation. These data points can help me enrich the Zoom I will moderate later this month, and bring us all together for some food and fellowship.
If you are interested, post a reply. I’d say we need 6 people for this to be successful, which means have enough bottles on the table and enough people to taste them.
