La Paulée Dinners at Twin Tails 3/27 and 3/28

Folks,

I am organizing two BYO dinners during La Paulée in the private room at Twin Tails (twintailsnyc.com) on Friday 3/27 and Saturday 3/28. As you would expect the theme is Burgundy with a minor-theme in Champagne. The room accommodates 24 people for a seated dinner. Friday is currently full, but if you would like to be added the waitlist, let me know. I still have 3 seats available for Saturday, so again let me know if you are interested. The cost for Saturday should be about $330pp, which includes the room rental and food and beverage minimum. Michael Chang has arranged for a few winemakers to join us on Friday, namely Alix Millot, Antoine Gouges and Nicolas Rossignol. Since we will be covering their costs, Friday’s dinner will be closer to $400pp.

Best,
Jon

Hi Jon,

Can you add me to the waitlist for Friday the 27th please?

The dinners Jon puts together are always excellent. If you’ve never been to Twin Tails I further recommend attending - food is great, service is great, and the view is fantastic.

Wow! I’m surprised you’re almost full for Saturday!

You are surprised because you don’t think I have any friends.

Besides me…no. :face_with_tongue:

Really just surprised because last time we spoke, you only had like 8.

I think I had 8 who could only do Saturday, but I had a lot who could do either day. There were more who could only do Friday, so once that day was full I put the flexible folks down for Saturday.

I wish I could go both nights! I love Twin Tails!

Jon, any space left for Saturday?

Ben,

Saturday is now full, but I can put down in first position on the waitlist if you want.

Best,
Jon

Yes please do.

Joel,

No cancellations as of yet and everyone has checked in. If something changes (maybe someone had too much to drink at Noreetuh last night) I will let you know in case you are still interested.

Best,
Jon

Who would ever do that?
