In for an extended barrel age Syrah and the dessert wine (with a wish for another, that wine sounds crazy!)
I snagged a couple syrahs, those sounded pretty interesting. Anybody have any thoughts on how long they should sit?

I went with 1/2/4 dessert/Syrah/franc.
I keep wanting to try the ‘19 mizunara but it’s so scarce I’m waiting as patiently as I can.
Will likely do 2/2/2. I am sure I will open a mizunara within a year. It’s hard for me to let things sit too long

I was determined to buy noting and so ended up with one sweet, two Syrah, and one Mizunara.

These arrived today. Quick look and straight into the offiste. Interesting packaging on the syrah. It’ll be fun to do a side by side with the regular syrah when the time comes.
