I’d say the Riesling is drinking now, and is quite energetic and youthful feeling. I’d be interested to see it mellow and develop tertiary qualities over the next 3-5 years. The Carter is an absolute baby. Like young young. Of all the 2021s, with perhaps the exception of the Freedom Hill, which is youthful but in a demure way, the Carter is the youngest and most feral. Drinking window is wide
I bought the Weber, reisling, and star. This is my first time trying Kelley Fox. I tried to go visit the winery when I was in town and it happened to be the one week you guys were closed for something. I couldn’t go all in on the Maresh as a newbie, but would love to try a couple bottles if that gets posted.

Jonathan, I ordered the Carter and Weber 3-packs initially and then bit on the Star of Bethlehem 6-pack a little later. Hoping you can combine into a single case for shipping at the flat rate and credit the overage. Sorry for any logistical headaches. Pretty sure I did something similar to Dustin last year.
