I finally went thru my spice cabinet and replaced everything. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from Penzey’s, but the bags have much more than fit in my little containers. How long will the herbs last in the zip-loc bags? Is it better if I freeze them, or does it not matter if they are dried? Any opinions?
