I dropped off some wine at K&L’s Wine Auction location (at their main warehouse in San Carlos). Besides being a ‘candy shop of looking’ for the wine-inclined, I was was quite impressed with the customer service. I worked with Nick Carpenter, and he treated me like a king. Like all of K&L, their wine auction department is no exception. Barry I completely agree; we are so lucky to have K&L in the Bay Area.
Sold and bought a few things through K&L Auctions and I agree, they are great.
The Hollywood branch service is a bit spottier but I agree, they are great. Prices for Burgundy aren’t the most competitive so I do find myself buying less from them these days.
