Could not agree more! Excellent seller, and even better person. If you are lucky enough to be within driving distance of his Jailbreak foodworks establishment, you owe it to yourself to go enjoy a relaxed but ridiculously amazing lunch or dinner at his top notch food and beverage establishment. The dry aged fish (!!!) and beef alone are worth the drive. Plus, the wine and spirits list are crazy, as one might expect.
